Byju’s is an Indian multinational educational technology company, headquartered in Bangalore. It was established by Byju Raveendran, with his wife Divya Gokulnath and a group of academic students in the year of 2011.

About Byju’s Founders

Byju Raveendran (CEO and founder of Bygu’s) was born in 1981 in the Azhikode village of Kerala. In initial days he was coaching students in mathematics since 2006. He used to help his friends for their preparations of CAT exams, when he took CAT exam and scored 100th percentile twice.

Later he quite his job of service engineer at a shipping company and continued helping people study for the CAT exam.
Divya Gokulnath (Director and co-founder of Bygu’s) was born in 1987 in bengaluru. After completing her graduation (in 2007), she met Byju Raveendran, who was teaching her GRE exam prep course. Bygu adviced her for his teaching career as a great skill of questioning.
Both husband-wife are Indian entrepreneur and educator

Individual’s roles will begin with setting up meetings with potential clients (parents and students), advising students on learning pedagogy and experiencing the Byju’s personalized learning journey.

For those candidates who are willing to join BDA they should have:

i) 1 copy of resume (with his/her passport size photograph)
ii) college id/or other photo id
iii) 1 of copies of your mark sheet list SET (10th/12th/Graduation/Post Graduate)

With some preferred skill sets:

• remains interested in the person’s education
• He is interested in mentoring students.
• He has a knack for selling and having an idea.
• He must have secured more than 75% marks in 10th.
• Educational Qualification: BE/B.Tech, and Post Graduate.
• UG/PG Cut-off Score: 6 CGPA or 60% and above.

Location: Anywhere across India The selection process consists of 2 rounds – Group and Personal round.

CTC for Business Development Associate: 10 lakh (7 lakh fixed and 3 lakh depends on the performance of the candidate)

Work Benefits:
The person has to work 5 days a week, Monday and Tuesday being a week off. He has his own revenue responsibility. The more sales you generate, the higher will be your revenue. This additional hybrid model of selling will give you the best of internal selling as well as direct selling price.
